Meeting of the Russian group of users of VTLS-Innovative company products

On 24-25 November 2015 in Research Library of Tomsk State University the regular meeting of Russian group of users of VTLS – Innovative company products is being held. Today, within the participants of the group, there are 9 university libraries from Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Kemerovo, Chelyabinsk, Vladivostok, Novokuznetsk. The Headquaters of the user’s group is situated in Research Library of TSU, which has already been successfully working with the company’s software for about 20 years.

15 representatives of Russian libraries-partners, the manager of the company Innovative Nabil Saadallah (Spain, Barcelona), and the representative of the company VP GROUP Shilov Yuriy (Moscow) take part in the meeting.

The creation of Consortium will become the key-question of the meeting, in the framework of which it is planned to build mutually beneficial cooperation of parties. During the meeting participants have to discuss the activity on support and promotion of VTLS-Innovative products, areas of integration of automated library processes with information systems of universities, and also there will be introduced new services, which company offers on the base of the automated library system and university repository.
