It includes documents in the Russian language and languages of the former USSR – monographs, collections, proceedings of conferences, students’ books, dissertations, abstracts of dissertations, and albums. Bibliographic records are arranged alphabetically by authors’ surnames and names of institutions/organizations. Records in foreign languages that use the Russian Cyrillic are represented in the same alphabetic list. Public alphabetical catalog of non-periodical documents (books) The catalog was compiled from 1951 to 2007. It duplicates the information of the alphabetical catalog for staff for the years indicated. Alphabetical catalog of foreign non-periodical documents (books) This catalog was compiled from 1939 to 2013. It includes bibliographic records of books in foreign languages. Cards are arranged according to the Latin alphabet. Alphabetical catalog of domestic periodical and continuing documents The catalog was compiled from 1939 to 2000. It includes journals and continuing editions such as Proceedings, Scholarly Notes, Bulletins, etc. in the Russian language, specifying years, numbers/issues, available in the Library stock. Alphabetical catalog of foreign periodical and continuing documents This catalog was compiled from 1939 to 2000. It includes bibliographical records of journals, proceedings, scholarly notes, bulletins etc. in foreign languages that use the Latin alphabet. Alphabetical catalog of newspapers Consists of two parts: - in the Russian language. Compiled between 1973 and 2000, it includes newspapers in the Russian language and languages of the former USSR, specifying years, numbers/issues, available in the library stock. Bibliographic records are arranged alphabetically by titles, records of the newspapers with the same titles are arranged in the alphabetical order of their places of publication. - in foreign languages. Compiled between 1972 and 1990, it includes bibliographic records of newspapers in foreign languages which use the Cyrillic and Latin alphabets. Alphabetical catalog of maps This catalog was compiled from 1936 to 2006. It includes cartographic editions - maps, atlases, plans in Russian and foreign languages available in the library stock. Alphabetical catalog of music notes Compiled between 1929 and 2006, it includes printed music editions - operas, operettas, vocals (solos, duets, triciniums, choruses), for stringed, wind and percussion instruments, orchestras, as well as music theory research papers available in the library stock. Note-book catalogs: - of domestic periodical documents. Compiled between 1904 and 1932, it includes documents in the Russian language and in the languages of the peoples of the Russian Empire and the USSR. Bibliographic records are arranged alphabetically by the authors’ surnames, names of institutions and organizations that use the Russian Cyrillic. - of non-periodical and periodical documents in foreign languages. Compiled between 1904 and 1932, this catalog includes books and periodical editions in foreign languages. Sibirika – card file of the local lore literature about Siberia Compiled between 1935 and 1995, it contains bibliographic information about books, periodicals and continuing editions, articles and reviews. Time range: from the end of the 19th century to 1995. The materials are arranged systematically, and within every class the cards are arranged alphabetically. Sibirika card file contents (in Russian language) Systematic catalog of non-periodical documents (books) Compiled between 1890 and 2006, it includes non-periodical documents in Russian and in foreign languages. Bibliographic records are arranged in systematic order (LBC and UDC tables were used for systematization), within every class the cards are arranged alphabetically. Alphabetical subject index to the Systematic catalog The catalog was compiled from 1947 to 2006. It contains subject headings in the Russian and English languages with LBC and UDC identifiers, records are arranged alphabetically. Electronic catalog (https://koha.lib.tsu.ru/) The catalog has been compiled from 1993; from 1997 it has been compiled on the basis of VTLS software of Innovative, Inc. Starting from April 2021, Koha automated library-information system has been used. The electronic catalog contains bibliographic records for all types of documents, including articles, periodicals, which were published in Russian and other languages. The search can be based on any characteristic known to the user – author, title, subject (key word), etc., with the possibility of combining them by Boolean operators. Many bibliographic records have hyperlinks to full texts of publications. Additional options (user account, request, reviews, etc.) are available to authorized users.
