The French Reading Room was set up in 2020 under the agreement of NR TSU accession to the Francophonie linguistic network (RLF) of the embassy of France in Russia. The French Reading Room activities aim to popularize the French language and culture, and promote educational programs in France.

Resources:

- fiction literature, study guides on vocabulary, grammar, phonetics, country studies, and preparation for DELF/DALF international exam.

- free access to Culturethèque, a digital library in French: fiction literature, press, comics, audiobooks, materials for studying French.

Events:

Meetings of the French speaking clubs as well as exhibitions, presentations, consultations, mass cultural events devoted to significant episodes of French history and culture are held in the reading room.
