Reading room 3 is a subdivision of the Service Department. Domestic and international documents in political and legal sciences, psychology, economics, reference editions, encyclopedias, dictionaries (over 26,000 items) are kept in the Room’s fund. The electronic catalog fully contains the fund.

Books are arranged on the open access shelves by classified order.

Librarian-advisers help in searching for information and advice, and in doing references.

There are 17 workstations with access to the E-catalog, to the scientific and educational electronic resources.
