Service of Electronic Delivery, Registration and Analysis is part of the Service Department.

Main activities

• Information-library services for the readers.
• Fulfilling information inquiries and requests from the readers or libraries subscribed through interlibrary subscription.
• Registering the readers, operating the database of readers.
• Planning, organizing, and conducting statistical and sociological research aimed at studying readers’ needs, quality assessment of the Service Department operation.
